NTD Racing File Access Waiver and Release of Liability
NOTICE: This is a legally binding document. By accessing CAD files on www.ntdracing.com, you agree to the terms outlined below. You must read and acknowledge this waiver before downloading any files. Failure to comply may result in legal action.

1. Purpose of Content
I understand that the videos and content provided by NTD Racing on www.ntdracing.com are for entertainment purposes only. The videos demonstrate the modification of a VW Bug into a Class 11 race car by an individual who is not a certified engineer or welder. I acknowledge that any attempt to replicate these modifications is at my own risk.

2. Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that racing, including the construction and modification of a race car, is inherently dangerous and may result in serious injury, death, property damage, or financial loss. I further acknowledge that downloading, accessing, or using CAD files for the frame, suspension, and other components from www.ntdracing.com may involve risks, including but not limited to design flaws, structural failures, or improper assembly, which could lead to catastrophic consequences. I accept full responsibility for any and all risks associated with using these files.

3. Requirement for Professional Oversight
I agree that I am solely responsible for consulting a certified professional engineer to review and approve any designs or modifications I undertake based on the CAD files provided by NTD Racing. Additionally, I will have all welds on my build inspected by a certified professional welder to ensure safety and compliance with applicable standards. I understand that NTD Racing bears no responsibility for the safety or integrity of my build.

4. Assumption of Responsibility
I voluntarily choose to access the CAD files on www.ntdracing.com and assume all risks associated with their use. I understand that the files are provided "as is," without any warranties or guarantees of their accuracy, safety, or fitness for use in constructing a race car. I take full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from my use of these files.

5. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge NTD Racing, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my access to or use of the CAD files, including but not limited to any injuries, death, property damage, or financial losses that may occur during the construction, modification, or racing of a vehicle.

6. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless NTD Racing from any claims, damages, or legal actions brought by myself or any third party as a result of my use of the CAD files or my participation in racing activities.

7. Prohibition on Sharing Files
I agree that I will not, under any circumstances, share, distribute, or make available the CAD files downloaded from www.ntdracing.com to any other person or entity. These files are for my personal use only, and unauthorized sharing may result in legal action by NTD Racing.

8. Governing Law
This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado.

9. Voluntary Agreement
I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver, and I am agreeing to it voluntarily. I am of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement. If I am agreeing on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.
